Lyle grew up in a farming community in southern Saskatchewan and has worked in the agriculture industry for more than 15 years. In 2013, Lyle recognized the need to improve the way Information Technology was handled in the Agriculture industry and Ag Exchange Group was formed.
David grew up on a farm near Watson, Saskatchewan and has worked in the IT industry for over 25 years, specializing in technology commercialization and start-ups. He has a passion for giving back to the community. He is an inventor, a writer and an adjunct professor at the University of Saskatchewan.

Born and raised in Viscount SK, Mike is an agricultural professional with over 20 years experience in grain handling and crop inputs. Mike is active in his community and works hard to share the positive side of agriculture with those outside of the industry.
Tristan PeriardRegional Account Manager - Alberta
Joining the AgExchange team in 2017, Tristan grew up in the Strathmore area on a mixed farm. Pursuing a career playing hockey, she received a scholarship to the University of Maine. There she gained a BA in Communications, and was the Captain of the Maine Black bears women’s team her senior year. Tristan has worked in diverse industries and has a background in marketing and program co-coordination. Feeling a pull back to her roots, Tristan brings a passion for agriculture, with a strong knowledge for the Ag industry in the area.
Mike DaveyRegional Account Manager - Manitoba
Mike was born and raised in Dorval, Quebec. He found his way into agriculture after a move to Alberta. Mike worked on a mixed farming operation before completing a Livestock Production course at Olds College. 9 years in the futures and options industry was followed by 16 years in the grain industry marketing Western Canadian feed grains across the country. More recently Mike spent 14 years in Ag market analysis and grain marketing for farmers.
Ron BradenBusiness Development Lead
Ron was born and raised on a family farm near Indian Head, Sask. He And his wife Laurie now reside in Saskatoon. He has been actively involved in several ag related ventures over the course of his career. Being an active family farm partner, a partner/manager of an ag inputs retail, partner/manager of a GPS autosteer manufacturer, and international sales manager for several global manufacturers has allowed Ron to bring a solid understanding of agriculture from a local and global perspective. Ron enjoys golfing and camping with Laurie, and spoiling his granddaughter at every opportunity.
Jada TylerCustomer Experience Representative
Coming from a mixed grain and cattle operation in the Cut Knife SK area, Jada and her husband currently raise purebred and commercial Simmental cattle on his family’s ranch. Jada has worked in the ag facility sales and admin, and also as a grain buyer. Although her roles have changed over the years with various companies, her passion for agriculture remains the same.
Born and raised in Central Alberta on a grain farm, Brianne and her husband are still actively involved in their family farm and the agriculture industry. Brianne has a background in operations, facility sales/admin and grain buying over a 12 year span. In her current role, Brianne focuses on helping growers get the most out of CXN360 by guiding them through our platform and providing them with support when needed.
Jordanna RowatCustomer Experience Representative
Jordanna was born and raised on a grain & cattle farm in Cut Knife, SK. She now resides in Red Deer, AB, working as a Realtor® in the Central Alberta area. Her past experience and education involves accounting and banking. Working at an accounting firm, a major commercial construction company, and in the real estate industry, she knows her way around attending to the needs of clients and customers. She enjoys going back to the family farm during the busy seasons, to help with the daily operations.
Rachel YoungCustomer Experience Representative
Rachel grew up near Lloydminster, SK and started her career in the agriculture industry over a decade ago. She and her family now reside in Nipawin, SK, a few minutes from her husband’s family farm. She has a passion for the environment & agriculture, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and gardening.
Teresa HerdMarketing and Operations Coordinator
Teresa has spent her working career in various administrative roles, including offices involved with distance learning, plant breeders’ rights, patent administration, agricultural consultants, and computer systems. From Saskatoon, she is one generation removed from the farm but still linked through her husband’s family in the Milden area.
Jason KomoskiMarketing Manager
Born and raised in Winnipeg, Jason has over 20 years of marketing experience. Spending a large portion of his career in the telecommunications sector, he has been involved in all aspects of marketing including both traditional and digital media. Jason’s tech-savvy mindset adds a creative edge to bringing the CXN360 platform to growers.
